Dutchmen Invests 36 Mln Eur For Building A Mall In Blagoevgrad

Private Dutch company ‘Redstone' plans to invest 36 million EUR in the construction sites of a trade centre - mall in the city of Blagoevgrad (South Western Bulgaria).

The open area of the project foresees to be 20,000 sq m and the parking lot will posses with round 600 park places.

From ‘Redstone' expect the mall will open doors in the beginning of 2011, as the main tenantry in there will be elite international and local trade marks.
