Steven and Hazel's house

When Steven and his wife bought this property the house was almost falling apart. The location on a higher spot in the village and the wonderful opened panorama to the surrounding nature grabed their attention and they started planning a big spacious, brand new house on the same location. There we started. The old building was totaly demolished and new strong foundations were built. Then Steven  gave instructions  what the disposition of the rooms and their size in the new house have to be  and the builders started their hard work. We were regularly sending pictures of the building process to the english family to make them feel comfortable and colser to their new holiday home. In about three months the structure of the house was ready and it was time to start the decoration part which we know is the most important for the customers. It is absolutely normal as the interior is the thing that makes us feel cozy and at home. Steven and Hazel chose light warm colours for the new house and windows in golden oak colour. The big living room on the upper floor is equipped with a fireplace. This will be the  area for family to relax and enjoy their own corner in sunny Bulgaria.The big terrace is facing the inspoiled view to the hills. The house is ready and waiting for its new propriators and their first holiday in their new charming house in  the small village. We are curious to hear thir impressions for the place and the atmosphere. The story will continue.....
