"sofia Water" Invests 50 Million Levs In Network Renovation

About 50 million levs will be invested by "Sofia water" in the water distribution system of Sofia, the company announces.The European Development Bank has given a credit to the company, which will allow the execution of the investment programme in 2009.In 2008 over 25 million levs have been acquired, the report reads.Dobromir Simidchiev director of "Capital investment" in the company presented a new plan for 2009. He commented that this will be the beginning of the new business plan of "Sofia water" by 2013, as the version is on capital budget.19 million levs will be invested in water supply, while 14 million - in improvement and construction of canalization.For purification equipment the allocated funds are 4,1 million levs.
